needs to be Louder and play the alarm sound Longer

Setting up the alarm was extremely easy, thats why I bought it yesterday. So this morning I was wondering if it would wake me up. It didnt. I slept through it. I set alarms on my phone that woke me up later. I tested this alarm to see what went wrong and I found out that its so quiet and the alarm alarm stops playing the sound by itself so it can go off and stop without me even noticing. I love the user interface, its the best in the app market but the simple economics of an alarm clock need to be improved to wake me up.
